The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality LAP business from Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), achieving monthly disbursement targets, maintaining relationships with channel partners, and ensuring end-to-end loan processing. Key Responsibilities: Source Prime LAP (Loan Against Property) cases through DSA and channel partners. Identify, empanel, and manage productive DSA relationships . Achieve assigned monthly disbursement and login targets . Ensure credit quality and compliance with company policy and RBI regulations. Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for file processing. Drive sales campaigns, market intelligence, and competitor analysis . Conduct DSA training and engagement activities to improve productivity.
