Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting Skills Caravan's innovative LXP solutions. If you are passionate about EdTech, SaaS sales, and corporate learning, this role is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, and L&D professionals through cold calling and follow-ups 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions aligned with client needs 4. Manage and update the sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure consistent follow-up 5. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve sales strategies 6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2. 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B sales is preferred) 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, English speaking, and presentation skills 4. Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships 5.
