The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing data related to various Skill Development projects. Collect, compile, and validate trainee data from training centers and field teams. Maintain accurate databases of candidates, trainers, and placements and upload in the portal. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per project/funding guidelines. Assist in preparing documentation for audits, monitoring, and evaluations. Maintain confidentiality of candidate records and organizational information. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Any stream Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, dashboards). Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience in any skill development projects. Familiarity with Management Information Systems used in training/placement programs.
