Content Creator (Video) Location: Remote/Hybrid | Type: Full-time (contract-to-hire OK) | Team: Marketing/Creative About the role Skillgenix is looking for a hands-on video content creator who can take ideas from brief to publish across web, social, and learning platforms. You’ll own end-to-end production—editing, motion graphics, sound design, and basic color—using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Camtasia (plus any tools you love). What you’ll do Plan & produce short and long-form videos (explainers, promos, reels, product walkthroughs, course content). Edit in Premiere Pro: multicam, proxies, captions, sound sweetening, color correction (Lumetri). Animate in After Effects: lower thirds, logo stings, kinetic type, simple UI/UX demos, templates. Screen-record & assemble how-to content in Camtasia (or equivalent), adding callouts and annotations. Package content per channel: aspect ratios, hooks, subtitles, thumbnails, and metadata for YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, website LMS. Optimize for engagement: A/B test hooks, iterate from analytics, repurpose long assets into short clips. Maintain brand : follow style guides, manage asset libraries, keep projects tidy and version-controlled. Collaborate with product, marketing, and SMEs to storyboard, script-polish, and hit deadlines. Must-have skills 3+ years creating video content for brands or products (agency, in-house, or freelance). Expert in Premiere Pro and strong After Effects fundamentals (typography, easing, masks, precomps). Proficient in Camtasia (or ScreenFlow/OBS + fast annotation workflow). Audio basics (EQ, compression, noise reduction) and color correction (skin tones, white balance). Comfort with screen capture, teleprompter use, and basic lighting setups. File hygiene: proxies, relinking, media management, export presets, and delivery specs. A portfolio/reel demonstrating before/after storytelling and motion pieces. This is a Junior Role and maximum salary we can offer is around 40k per Month.
