The job includes finding new customers, explaining our products, closing sales, and maintaining customer records. The role requires excellent communication skills, field work, and regular customer visits. PRODUCT BRIEF SKD Composite manufactures GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) Rebars, a high-performance alternative to conventional steel reinforcement. Our GFRP rebars are 100% corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and offer high tensile strength, making them ideal for structures exposed to moisture, chemicals, and harsh environments. Designed for long service life and lower life-cycle cost, SKD Composite’s GFRP rebars support durable, sustainable, and maintenance-free construction solutions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Promote and sell GFRP Rebars to builders, contractors, structural consultants, and infrastructure companies. Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calls, emails, and industry networking. Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions and technical support. Prepare and present quotations, product presentations, and technical data sheets. Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitor activity, and project opportunities. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Travel within Surat for sales work. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (candidates from any industry may apply). 12th pass or above. Must own a 2-wheeler vehicle (Driving License and Helmet are mandatory). Good understanding of CRM software and MS Office Suite. Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. SALARY & BENEFITS Salary based on skills and experience + incentives (₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on discussion). Petrol allowance. Performance bonus and incentives for extra sales.
