Job Summary Production Supervisor for our manufacturing unit of Chemicals. Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for supervision of daily production, maintaining quality & SOP of the batches. Plant housekeeping, Manpower handling and documentation of the BMR's. To ensure maximum efficiency of production time & rates for smooth functioning of the process. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Qualification B.Tech/B.E. - Chemical, Production/Industrial, Diploma - Chemical, Engineering, B.Sc - Chemistry MS/M.Sc(Science) - Chemical Engineering & Materials Science, Chemistry Work Experience: 1 - 5 years Working time: Rotating three shifts. 1) Invoicing & Sales Operations : handle Invoicing , Sales Order Entry etc. 2) Import operations & Documentation: Coordination with CHA, Maintain Import Documentation, etc. 3) Inventory & Logistics: Inventory Management, Dispatch Planning, Coordination with logistics partners, Proper documentation for shipments, etc. 4) Communications & Coordination : Respond daily Email Correspondence, Coordinate With internal department, Conduct regular follows ups, and pending inquiries, etc. 5) Other: Generate and issue purchase Order As per requisitions, any additional task or responsibilities assigned by the management, Basic Knowledge of GST & TDS.
