Very poor service by first floor billing counter staff( blood department) . They don't understand the values of time . Chatting in phone and gossip with each another is important for your counter staff. Patient is not important for them . Very bad.

Overall it was a good experience there. All the procedures which were done there smoothly by experienced doctors. Management was also good. Satisfied by their service.

some of the receptions are not capable of being the person who will guide you through, I had my father's scans booked 1 day prior and still had to wait because there was no one to ask or tell the process.

I went here for the test for the first time and I had a very good experience. The place here is very careful, your test etc are done by taking care of everything, so I would like to say that friends, if you also want to get any kind of test done then you must definitely go here go find out and get it done.
