About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to introduce business coaching, consulting, and training services. 2. Explain company programs, workshops, and training modules clearly and persuasively. 3. Understand client needs, share suitable solutions, and schedule appointments or demos with senior consultants. 4. Maintain and update client databases (CRM/Excel) with accuracy. 5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. 6. Handle inbound and outbound inquiries in a professional and customer-friendly manner. 7. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. 8. Coordinate with the consulting and training team to ensure smooth service delivery. 9. Collect client feedback and share market insights with management.
