A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities to ensure that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to approved plans and specifications. The role involves coordinating workers, supervising subcontractors, maintaining quality control, and ensuring timely project completion. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities at the site. Ensure work is performed as per drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Maintain site records: attendance, progress reports, material consumption, and equipment logs. Monitor quality of workmanship and materials. Ensure compliance with safety rules and conduct toolbox meetings. Resolve site-related issues and report progress to the project engineer/manager. Check availability of materials and request additional supplies when needed. Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline. Assist in scheduling, planning, and execution of construction tasks.
