Qualifications Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills Experience in Stormwater Management Planning and Project Management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional Civil Engineering license is a plus Experience in construction site management is beneficial
