Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Video Editing: Create visually appealing promotional posters, reels, and banners for saree collections, offers, and events. Shoot and edit videos for product showcases, behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, and styling tips. Design stories, highlights, carousel posts, and thumbnails tailored for Instagram and YouTube. Work with the boutique team to plan visual content calendars in advance. Social Media Management: Manage and grow Instagram and YouTube channels. Schedule and post content consistently to increase engagement and followers. Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags to boost reach. Respond to comments, DMs, and maintain community interaction. Monitor analytics to evaluate content performance and suggest improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in graphic design and video editing . Proficiency in tools like Canva , Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro , CapCut , or InShot . Knowledge of social media trends and Instagram/Youtube algorithms. Strong creative thinking and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of Tamil (to understand product names/lingo). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Degree/diploma in Media, Design, Visual Arts, or related fields. Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus. Photography and reel direction skills are an added advantage.
