Job Description

Field Surveying: Conduct surveys using Total Station and DGPS (Differential GPS) equipment to gather accurate data for project planning and execution. Prepare survey reports based on the data collected, ensuring that the information is accurate and reliable for further design and construction. Civil Structure Layout: Plan and lay out the civil structures at the construction site by referencing and studying civil drawings . Ensure the accurate positioning of the structures based on the design specifications. BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) & BoM (Bill of Materials): Prepare BBS for the reinforcement works in civil structures, ensuring correct measurements and detailing. Generate BoM for construction materials required on-site, ensuring proper estimation and procurement. Prepare estimate preparation for the civil works based on the construction drawings and the bill of materials. Execution and Site Supervision: Oversee the execution of the construction works, ensuring they adhere to the plans, designs, and specifications. Supervise daily activities at the construction site, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations. Project Progress Reporting: Prepare project progress reports to track and communicate the advancement of construction activities. Highlight any issues or delays and provide solutions to ensure the project stays on schedule. Materials Consumption Reporting: Monitor and prepare materials consumption reports to track the usage of construction materials. Ensure that the materials are utilized effectively and within budget. Maintaining Pour Card/Stock Register: Maintain the pour card to track concrete pouring activities, ensuring correct batching and pouring of concrete. Keep an updated stock register to track the inventory of materials at the site. Location: Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya (Northeastern India)
