Site Reliability Engineer 6+ Years

 Knowledge of AI/GenAI-assisted development tools and experience leveraging AI to

 Experience with monitoring, logging, production support, incident management, and

root cause analysis.

Program/Project Overview

 Seeking an experienced DevOps & Application Support Engineer to support

enterprise applications, infrastructure, and CI/CD platforms.

 Responsible for improving application reliability, operational efficiency, deployment

automation, and operational productivity across cloud and on-prem environments.

 Lead and support infrastructure modernization initiatives including Windows Server

upgrades, database upgrades/migrations, and platform transformations.

 Leverage automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual operational effort,

increase efficiency, and improve service reliability.

 Partner with Development, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams to deliver

secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.

Engagement Deliverable(s)

 Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.

 Automate application deployment and management using Docker and Kubernetes.

Internal - General

Use

 Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible, Puppet, Terraform,

and scripting tools.

 Provide L2/L3 application support, troubleshooting, incident management, and root

cause analysis.

 Perform database administration, performance tuning, upgrades, migrations, and

optimization activities.

 Execute Windows Server administration, OS upgrades, server migrations, patching,
