Site In-charge / Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Incharge who can independently manage and supervise the complete day-to-day operations of a construction site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall site execution and daily activities.
• Supervise civil, structural, finishing and MEP-related works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects and vendors.
• Manage manpower, materials, machinery and site resources.
• Monitor quality, safety and project timelines.
• Allocate daily work and monitor productivity.
• Track project progress and resolve site-related issues.
• Maintain daily site reports, manpower records and material records.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability.
• Monitor contractor work and measurements where required.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and discipline at site.
• Report daily/weekly progress and site requirements to management.
• Take complete ownership of site activities and execution.

Requirements

• 13+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
