Job Description

Position: Site Head - Project Implementation (Bhuj/ Ujjain) (Renewable Energy Power Producing Company) Role: - Operational Support: Ensure effective execution of renewable energy projects, aligned with strategic goals. - Project Supervision: Oversee project implementation and SPVs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Coordination & Monitoring: Facilitate communication and collaboration between corporate teams and project sites. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays and issues. - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams to ensure accountability and project success. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies. - Reporting: Provide project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management. Requirements: - BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering - 15+ years of experience, with 7-10 years in renewable energy project implementation (solar/wind, 50 MW+) - Familiarity with land acquisition, ROW issues, and government regulations. - Good Project management skills - Good communication & negotiation skills - Good team leadership experience and skills - Experience in compliance and problem-solving expertise in renewable energy projects. - Organizational and multitasking abilities - Open to travel as required for project needs Location: Bhuj, Gujarat/ Ujjain, MP This position is for a Client of Vertex Corporate Services which is a Renewable Energy Power Producing Company
