Site Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at the construction site. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and productivity. Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues on-site. Ensure proper material management and inventory control. Conduct site inspections and verify work done as per BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Ensure compliance with government regulations and environmental policies. Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all site activities. Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. years of experience in site supervision and construction management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in residential/commercial/industrial projects. Familiarity with quality and safety standards like ISO, OSHA, etc. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
