About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Site Acquisition Manager to identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable sites in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with property owners and key stakeholders.

CTC: ₹50,000 per month + incentives
Work Mode: Work from Office | 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire suitable sites based on business and operational requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, brokers, and local stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and assess site feasibility, location potential, and commercial viability.
• Negotiate rental terms, commercial agreements, and other financial aspects of site acquisition.
• Evaluate site-level financials to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare and present site proposals, financial assessments, and acquisition updates.
• Drive the end-to-end site onboarding process, ensuring timely execution.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, expansion, or business development.
• Strong market presence and established local network in Bangalore.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Good understanding of financials, commercial terms, and site feasibility.
• Strong presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Professional and presentable, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Willingness to work from the office 6 days a week in Bangalore.

Preferred Background

Candidates from companies such as Flipkart, Zepto, and BigBasket with experience in site acquisition, real estate expansion, or location onboarding would be preferred.
