Hiring: Mentor – Research & Development (On-Site at School) Location: Sishu Griha Montessori And High School, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time, On-Campus (Not Work-From-Home) We are looking for a passionate Research & Development Mentor to inspire and nurture young innovators from Grades 4–10 . If you have a strong technical foundation and a genuine enthusiasm for guiding students, this role is perfect for you! Qualification & Experience Graduate / Post-Graduate in Science or Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in Research / Teaching / STEM-related fields Strong aptitude for research, mentoring, and hands-on learning Preferred Skills Candidates with experience or knowledge in the following areas will be given preference: Sensors and Controllers Programming & Embedded Systems 3D Design & 3D Printing App Development Basic understanding of core scientific concepts Role Expectations Guide and mentor students through hands-on STEM projects Encourage curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving Support the development of R&D activities within the school Collaborate with teachers to promote experiential learning Work Mode This is a fully on-site role.
