About Us We are a leading manufacturer of Men’s Ethnic Wear (Blazers, Suits, Sherwanis, Nehru Jackets, Indo-westerns, Kurta-Pyjama etc.) with a Pan-India presence. We work with retailers, wholesalers, and agents across India. We are looking for a proactive and smart candidate who can handle Calling + WhatsApp API Marketing, manage catalogue sharing, create engaging messaging templates, and drive customer conversions. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle WhatsApp Business API software (Doubletick) for catalogue sharing, follow-ups & broadcasts. Create engaging message templates (Hinglish preferred) for campaigns. Call retailers/agents for follow-ups, confirmations, and relationship building. Maintain and update lead data & follow-up tracker in Excel/Google Sheets. Assist in planning and executing catalogue campaigns, bulk messaging & offers. Share premium designs, celebrity looks, and exhibition invites via WhatsApp. Track open rates, responses & inactive leads and re-engage them smartly. Support sales team by generating walk-in meetings / order inquiries from leads. Basic reporting on daily/weekly performance. RequirementsGraduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills (Hindi + basic English). Confident in sales calling + WhatsApp communication. Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a must. Basic understanding of digital/WhatsApp marketing. Smart, active, and willing to learn. Freshers welcome, training will be provided.
