Urgent Hiring Required We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Counselor to support candidates throughout their job search and placement journey. In this role, you will provide career guidance, resume and interview preparation, and help candidates align their skills and aspirations with the right job opportunities. You’ll act as a bridge between candidates and the recruitment team, ensuring each individual receives personalized attention and professional development support. Key Responsibilities: 1.Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to job seekers. 2.Assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, career goals, and job readiness. 3.Assist recruitment consultants in matching candidates to suitable roles. 4. Cold Calling , one on one councelling , online and offline councelling. 5.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress. 6.Stay updated on current employment trends, industry demands, and new job opportunities. 7.Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to provide feedback and enhance candidate experience. 8.Freshers with strong communication skill are preferred. Qualifications: 1.Graduation Completed In any Stream 2.Experience in career counseling, recruitment, or talent development (minimum 1–3 years preferred). 3.Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a recruitment agency or staffing firm. Knowledge of psychometric assessments or career mapping tools. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
