The Educator will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons, teaching and training students, and maintaining effective communication with children, families, and staff. The Educator will also engage with children in various activities to facilitate their development and learning in a nurturing and supportive environment. Qualifications Experience in Lesson Planning, Education, and Teaching Excellent Communication skills Proficiency in Training and development techniques Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the Reggio Emilia philosophy Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Education or a related field Previous experience working in an early childhood setting is preferred
