Platform Development: • Build and manage the SimplyLIC website (WordPress or custom stack) • Optimize pages for mobile speed, SEO, and high conversion • Implement dynamic LIC product pages and quote flows CRM + Automation: • Integrate WhatsApp API, Facebook Leads, Zoho/LeadSquared CRM • Automate lead capture, routing, nurturing, and sales hand-off Analytics & Tracking: • Set up Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM tags, dashboards • Enable full-funnel attribution and performance measurement Innovation: • Implement chatbot and AI tools for quote generation & support • Build smart dashboards for lead status, NOP, and RM productivity Skills & Tech Stack: • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (preferred) • Backend: PHP, Node.js, or Python (any preferred) • CMS: WordPress (Elementor/Gutenberg) or Headless CMS • CRM/Tools: Zoho, LeadSquared, Zapier, Meta API, Google Tag Manager • Bonus: Experience with chatbot platforms like Tars, Landbot, or custom WhatsApp bots Ideal Candidate: • 3 to 7 years experience in full-stack or digital product roles • Built/managed landing-page driven platforms (e.g. D2C, fintech, SaaS) • Strong understanding of conversion optimization and mobile-first design • Entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and hands-on mindset • Based in Pune or willing to travel for strategy meets Compensation: • 12 to 18 LPA CTC (negotiable based on skills) • Equity partnership possible for the right candidate (co-founder mindset) • Performance bonuses and freedom to hire your own tech team over time
