The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT roles across various domains and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements from hiring managers or clients Source suitable candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), social media (LinkedIn), and internal databases Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ fitment (technical and cultural) Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams Maintain candidate pipeline and follow up through all stages of the recruitment process Ensure a great candidate experience through timely communication and updates Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports Collaborate with team members to meet hiring targets and deadlines Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of IT technologies like Java, .NET, Testing, SQL, etc. Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to multitask and prioritize Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
