This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson who will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting new clients, presenting product features and benefits, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The Salesperson will also work collaboratively with other teams to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Any experience in the sanitaryware / bathware category is a big plus. Roles and Responsibilities Manage dealer network across assigned areas to achieve sales targets. Develop and execute strategies for dealer development, expansion, and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective channel management. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of service quality. Desired Candidate Profile 4+ years of experience in area sales or similar role in the building material industry. Strong understanding of channel sales principles and practices. Proven track record in developing successful dealer networks and driving revenue growth.
