The CRM will handle inbound and follow-up calls/messages from retail store owners interested in ERP solutions and convert their inquiries into confirmed product demos and sales. This is a fully remote role focused on Odisha markets, with strong use of WhatsApp and basic Excel for tracking leads. Key responsibilities • Handle and respond to WhatsApp and phone inquiries from retail stores about ERP products, sharing key benefits and features in simple language. • Schedule and book video demos for interested prospects and ensure regular follow-ups until closure. • Nurture leads by explaining features, Pricing and ROI to help prospects take purchase decisions. • Maintain a structured Excel database of all inquiries, updating status and next actions regularly. • Classify leads into high, mid, and low priority segments based on interest level, size, and purchase timeline, and plan follow-up frequency accordingly. • Coordinate with the sales/implementation team to hand over qualified leads and ensure smooth demo and onboarding. • Share daily/weekly reports on calls made, demos booked, and sales conversions.
