Location: Guntur Andhra Pradesh Department: Creative / Design Reports To: Director Sales & Marketing Ready to Join 1 Position Immediately & 2 Position in 1.5 Months Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual materials for branding, large format printing, signage, exhibitions, and corporate gifting . The role demands creativity, attention to brand guidelines, and an understanding of print production processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop creative concepts and designs for brand collaterals such as brochures, leaflets, standees, banners, hoardings, and digital media. Prepare layouts and final print-ready files for large-format printing, UV printing, and digital signage . Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure accurate color output, dimensions, and finishing details. Design branding elements for interiors, exteriors, retail displays, and exhibitions . Adapt brand identities across multiple media—print, web, and promotional materials. Coordinate with vendors for proofing, printing quality, and material selection . Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and reference materials. Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual identity and client brand guidelines. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW). Basic knowledge of 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Blender, or similar) is an added advantage. Understanding of CMYK color modes, DPI, and print finishing techniques . Creative flair with a keen eye for detail, typography, and composition. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field/ Industry experience will be good 1–4 years of experience in a design studio, printing, or branding agency preferred. Freshers with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply. Work Environment: Full-time, on-site position.
