Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close the lead. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products or services. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Field Marketing Manager for further development and closure. Developing sales opportunities and assists in developing the pipeline for future sales activity through daily interactions. Calling the customers to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective customers and contacts. Build good relationships with potential and existing clients. Lead Nurturing: Consistent email follow-up with prospects until they schedule an appointment. Provide support to the marketing team by inviting prospective customers. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating. contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Required Candidate Profile: 1-3 Yrs of experience in Industrial Inside Sales. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and using CRM software will be added advantage. Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques. Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques. Expertise in the B2B sales process. Existing contacts in the OEMs & process manufacturing industries preferred.

Responsible for achievement of sales targets in the assigned territory. Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and position our products as the best solutions for prospective clients. To drive the marketing function of the company and to manage ATL and BTL segments of marketing, product promotions, display, Branding, digital marketing, Participation in leading exhibitions and to lead complete look and feel of the company. Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after the initial meeting. Open new market segments, identify new business areas and work strategically to develop those potential markets for Sands products and solutions. To tap business potentials in the industrial sector , to work with the system integrators, major distributors and end users in the industrial process, engineering and manufacturing sector and offer products and solutions of SANDS to those potential customers. Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedules.
