Job Title: Senior Design Engineer / Design Engineer Department: Design & Engineering Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 3–6 Years in Water Field Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to lead the design, engineering, and documentation activities for various Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant projects. The candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on design capabilities, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end project engineering. Key Responsibilities · Understand the proposal and finalize the treatment scheme. · Understanding of drawings and AutoCAD knowledge to create required GA / Sectional / P&ID / PFD / HFD drawings. · Lead the overall project single-handedly. · Prepare the BOQ as per the final offer or work order for material purchasing. · Prepare fabrication drawings for vessels, modules, and tanks. · Ability to discuss and take approvals of documents from Client / Consultant / PMC. · Communicate with clients and visit sites when required for discussion and meetings. · Preparation of electrical load list, cable schedule, and accessories required in the plant. · Knowledge of electrical power cable and control cable selection as per equipment rating. · Knowledge of STP / ETP / RO / DM / ZLD / Swimming Pool / WTP / Softening Plant. · Coordinate with internal as well as external teams. · Cost estimation knowledge for plant equipment and raw materials. · Knowledge of on-site piping routing and installation work. · Knowledge of RO / UF plant projection working. · Knowledge of chemical requirements and calculations for STP / RO / UF / WTP plants. Qualifications & Experience · Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental Engineering. · 5–6 years of experience in the water treatment field.
