Job Description – Civil Engineer Experience: 3 to 4 Years Industry: Construction / Real Estate Responsibilities: • Execution and supervision of RCC works (foundation, columns, beams, slabs, etc.) • Handling and monitoring finishing works (plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, etc.) • Preparation and updating of Daily Progress Reports (DPR) • Handling challans, material inward/outward records, and site documentation • Preparing and modifying drawings using AutoCAD • Reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings • Site coordination with contractors, vendors, and labor teams • Quality control and ensuring work is as per specifications • Measurement checking, basic billing, and quantity calculations • Ensuring safety norms and timely completion of work Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of RCC and finishing works • Proficiency in AutoCAD • Knowledge of DPR, challans, site records • Basic knowledge of billing, BOQ, and estimation • Good communication and site management skills Qualification: • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
