Has to do seamless Coordination with all other verticals inside SVHE for Hyundai ( 3 verticals ) , Ajax ( 3 verticals ) , KION ( 3 verticals ) , CP and MB SVHE customers of all 5 brands. Need to act as a point of contact, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement and upselling.
