Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Aurangabad Taluka. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned clients, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improving our services based on customer feedback. Day-to-day tasks include managing and developing client accounts, negotiating contracts, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve operational goals. Qualifications Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Strong Communication and Negotiation skills Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution abilities Project Management and Organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team At least 3 years of experience in account management or a related field Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
