Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Safety Officer based in Ankleshwar, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Safety Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, inspecting sites, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additional duties include training employees on safety practices, investigating incidents, and maintaining safety documentation. The Safety Officer will collaborate with various teams to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization. Qualifications Experience in developing and implementing safety policies and conducting risk assessments Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Skills in inspecting sites, identifying hazards, and training employees on safety practices Ability to investigate incidents and maintain comprehensive safety documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field Certification in safety management or relevant field is a plus
