Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop market strategies, and drive revenue growth through partnerships, client acquisition, and sales expansion. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage strategic business opportunities across target markets Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform strategy Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market initiatives Develop business proposals and pitch presentations for clients and stakeholders Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and growth metrics Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively Proficient in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,527.33 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
