Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter Intern role located in Pune. The intern will assist in managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. The role involves coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with team members to fulfill staffing requirements. Additionally, they will help develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and assist in onboarding processes. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members. Organizational skills to manage candidate databases and recruitment schedules effectively. Knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing techniques, and candidate screening processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to use recruitment-related software is an advantage. Experience or coursework in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
