As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Shree Shiksha Solution, your role involves identifying and generating new leads through various online and offline channels. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential students and parents. Your communication skills will be key in explaining our services such as admission counseling and career guidance, ultimately converting leads into admissions. Maintaining a database of prospects, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team for promotional activities are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new leads through online and offline channels - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students and parents - Explain services and convert leads into admissions - Follow up with leads and maintain a database of prospects - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities Qualifications: - Any Graduate (BBA, MBA, or related fields preferred) - Freshers & recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
