We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Public Relations Officer (PRO) to be the face of our dental clinic in the community. The PRO will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, RMP doctors, and pharmacies, and organizing outreach programs such as dental camps in colleges, corporate offices, apartments, and other institutions. The role demands a self-motivated individual who can effectively communicate the clinic’s services and bring in new patients. Key Responsibilities: Doctor & Hospital Liaison: Visit and network with doctors in other specialties, nursing homes, hospitals, and RMPs to build referral relationships. Distribute clinic brochures, treatment portfolios, and coordinate patient referrals. Regularly follow up with referral partners to maintain active engagement. Community Outreach & Lead Generation: Plan and organize dental awareness and screening camps in schools, colleges, offices, apartments, and public places. Coordinate with local authorities, apartment associations, HRs, and college management for event permissions and scheduling. Promote clinic services through direct interaction and community-level activation. Pharmacy & Medical Shop Engagement: Develop relationships with medical shops/pharmacies to cross-refer patients and place brochures or promotional materials. Marketing Support: Support digital marketing and offline campaigns by giving on-ground feedback and distributing materials. Capture data/leads from camps and ensure proper follow-up with the clinic team. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain records of visits, meetings, camp performance, and leads generated. Coordinate with the front office team for appointments and conversions.
