Position: Accounts Assistant / Junior Accountant Duties and responsibilities: § Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statements, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements. § Maintaining Cash books and ledgers. § Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments. § Collation of all sales data from website, partners, exhibitions etc. § Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc. §. Preparing E-way bills and delivery challans. § Thorough with statutory compliance of taxes- Service Tax, TDS, Profession tax etc. § Knowledge of returns for TDS, GSTR-1, GST-R3B.
