Job Title: Marketing, Sales & Accounting Executive (All-Rounder) Company Overview: We are a growing firm engaged in the sales and distribution of Pashu Khadya (Animal Feed). We’re looking for a dynamic, result-oriented individual who can take charge of marketing, sales, and basic accounting activities to drive business growth and maintain healthy client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads and increase sales in assigned regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers. Collect payments from clients and ensure timely follow-ups. Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate records. Prepare and share periodic sales and collection reports. Coordinate with management for marketing activities, pricing strategies, and business expansion plans. Assist in inventory tracking and order management when required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Agriculture, or related field. Prior experience in sales or accounting preferred (experience in agri-products or animal feed industry is a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently. Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Excel. Willingness to travel locally for client visits and collections.
