Very nice commercial business centre located within "Shrachi Tower" building besides "Emami tower" both of which are near Ruby hospital 4 point road crossing upon Eastern Metropolitan bypass road of Kolkata. Besides Shrachi tower is located Emami tower. This building is one of the pride of Kolkata.

The property is located at the EM bye pass zone opposite to the Fortis hospital building. Greenery location and full of water bodies. Now used for fishiculture and picnic spot.

It's a new generation toilet provided from government. U can pay and use the toilet. It's always in a good condition clean & smelly.

Never buy a single inch space from SHRACHI GROUP.. VERY VERY VERY POOR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION EVERYWHERE SEEPAGE Maintenance Charges are their bread and butter
