The role involves ensuring the organization's adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, managing compliance frameworks, and analyzing potential risks. The executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance. Additionally, the role includes providing guidance to management on legal matters and maintaining effective communication with regulatory authorities as needed. Qualifications Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Law Exemplary Analytical Skills to evaluate and address risks effectively Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and regulatory authorities Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines Knowledge or experience with legal or compliance work in real estate or a related industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field
