About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Perform installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of software components. 2. Handle technical support activities for application software on a day-to-day basis. 3. Assist users in navigating and using application software effectively. 4. Provide technical support for computer communication networks and voice management networks. 5. Set up computers and install software for various applications and programs. 6. Deliver on-the-job training to newly hired manpower and less experienced staff as needed. 7. Maintain documentation of customer issues and their resolutions. 8. Conduct regular evaluations of incident trends and prepare preventive maintenance for computer infrastructure components. 9. Support system upgrades, install workstations, and set up other office tools. 10. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution. 11. Maintain records of IT assets and track their movements. 12. Coordinate with the AMC agency to ensure proper maintenance as per SLAs and address all IT-related issues reported. 13. Perform any other IT-related tasks as assigned.
