About the Role

We seek a hands-on Shopify Developer to develop, maintain and optimize multiple fashion and lifestyle D2C storefronts serving customers in the US and India. The role partners with E-commerce, Marketing, Design and Operations to improve shopping experience, conversion and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Development & Maintenance

• Develop and maintain Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Build reusable sections, landing pages, product templates and mobile-responsive features.
• Troubleshoot defects; manage testing, version control, theme releases and documentation.

Conversion & Customer Experience

• Optimize navigation, search, collection pages, PDPs, cart and checkout where supported by Shopify.
• Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility and mobile usability.
• Support A/B testing, bundling, promotional experiences and CRO initiatives.

Apps, APIs & Integrations

• Integrate Shopify apps, Admin API, webhooks and third-party services.
• Support payments, shipping, OMS/WMS, inventory sync, CRM, reviews and Klaviyo flows.
• Maintain GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and Google Merchant Center tracking; debug event accuracy.

Multi-Brand & International Operations

• Support Wavryn Active, Laxakaar and Jind Mahia storefronts across US and Indian markets.
• Configure region-appropriate shipping, currencies, taxes and payment options with relevant teams.
• Maintain product variants, metafields, collections, size charts and seasonal campaign pages.

SEO, Analytics & Collaboration

• Implement structured data, redirects, canonical tags and other technical SEO practices.
• Work with marketing and design to translate business requirements into scalable features.
• Prioritize tickets, estimate timelines, coordinate vendors and document technical decisions.

Required Skills

• Mandatory technical skills: Shopify Liquid theme development, Shopify API integrations  webhooks and third-party apps), GA4/GTM implementation and debugging, and hands-on multi-store Shopify management.
• 35 years of hands-on Shopify development; Shopify Online Store 2.0 and theme customization.
• Strong Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, metafields and metaobjects knowledge.
• Shopify Admin, API, webhooks, app integrations, Git and debugging experience.
• Working knowledge of GA4/GTM, technical SEO, responsive UX and CRO.
• Ability to independently manage multiple storefronts and communicate across teams.
