We are in the exciting phase of onboarding the best Indian designers, labels, and ateliers to list and sell their collections with us. Job Overview We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, and fashion-passionate professional who will own the complete process of bringing renowned and emerging fashion designers/brands onto our platform and ensuring their smooth onboarding and launch. This is a high-impact, founding-team-level role reporting directly to the Founder. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and build a pipeline of premium and luxury Indian fashion designers, labels, bridal couturiers, pret brands, and artisanal houses (both established names and promising emerging designers). Cold-call, email, LinkedIn outreach, Instagram DMs, and in-person meets at fashion weeks/exhibitions. Pitch the platform, negotiate commercial terms (commission, payment cycles, exclusivity if any), and close partnerships. Own the entire onboarding journey: KYC collection, catalogue upload guidance, photography coordination, pricing setup, product listing, and ensuring the brand store goes live beautifully and on time. Create and document repeatable processes, checklists, templates, and SOPs for designer acquisition and onboarding from scratch (since we are a new startup). Coordinate with internal tech, catalogue, and photography teams to remove any roadblocks for the designer. Maintain a healthy ongoing relationship with onboarded designers and act as their single point of contact. Track and report weekly KPIs: number of designers approached, meetings held, contracts signed, and stores live. Attend fashion weeks, exhibitions, and industry events (travel as and when required). Required Skills & Experience 2–8 years of relevant experience in designer/brand acquisition, business development, or designer relations in fashion e-commerce, multi-designer platforms (Aza Fashions, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, Ogaan, Nykaa Fashion Luxe, Ajio Luxe, Tata Cliq Luxury, Strand of Silk, Carma, etc.), or fashion buying houses. Existing networks and relationships with Indian fashion designers and labels are a significant advantage. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Deep passion and strong understanding of the Indian luxury, bridal, pret, and ethnic fashion landscape. Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume calling/emailing. Extremely organised, process-driven, and able to create systems from scratch. Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, CRM tools, Slack, and basic tech platforms. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal hand-holding.
