Role & responsibilities : We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager who can drive sales growth across the region, manage channel partners, and contribute to expanding our in-house Fusion brand. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in industrial sales, especially welding materials or allied sectors. Preferred candidate profile Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned territory Manage existing dealer/distributor relationships and onboard new partners Drive sales of TIG, MIG wires, electrodes, welding machines, and consumables Regular client visits for lead generation, order follow-ups & payment recovery Conduct competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities Coordinate with logistics and internal team for order fulfillment Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Submit sales reports and market feedback to management

We are expanding our service and after-sales network to provide prompt technical support and installation services to our customers across India. Role OverviewThe Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Warpp and Lincoln Electric welding machines at client sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, commissioning, and testing of welding machines (MIG, TIG, ARC, SAW types). Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites. Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults and replace defective components. Provide technical support and demonstrations for machine operation to customers and sales teams. Maintain service records, reports, and customer feedback logs. Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams for warranty claims, spare parts, and replacements. Ensure timely service visits and customer satisfaction through quick response and quality work. Support service camps, exhibitions, and training programs organized by Shivshakti Metal.
