Role OverviewThe Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Warpp and Lincoln Electric welding machines at client sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, commissioning, and testing of welding machines (MIG, TIG, ARC, SAW types). Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites. Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults and replace defective components. Provide technical support and demonstrations for machine operation to customers and sales teams. Role ObjectiveTo drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand the Fusion brand market presence by targeting welding material buyers, fabricators, EPC contractors, OEMs, and distributors. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Development Identify new potential customers in industrial areas and engineering clusters. Convert inquiries to orders through effective product presentation and follow-up. Maintain and grow sales with existing clients through regular visits and calls. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to quarterly/annual revenue goals. 2. Product & Technical Understanding Understand welding products: TIG / MIG Wires, Welding Electrodes, Fluxes, Machines. Communicate product features, application suitability, and benefits. Coordinate with the technical/production team for customer-specific requirements. 3. Market & Customer Relationship Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dealers, industrial buyers, and end users. Visit sites, workshops, and plants to understand usage pattern and demand. Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, new projects, and material demand trends. 4. Order & Payment Coordination Ensure order booking, rate approval, dispatch follow-up, and customer support. Track payment collection as per credit policy and follow-up for overdue accounts. Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for smooth execution. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily visit reports, order pipeline sheet, and collection status. Update customer database (CRM / Excel sheets as required). Participate in weekly review meetings. Criteria Requirement Education Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI (Preferred: Diploma Mechanical OR B.Com OR Any Graduate) Experience 1–3 Years in Industrial Sales / B2B Sales (Preferably Welding Consumables, Industrial Tools, Hardware, Machinery) Age Limit 20–35 Years Driving License Two-wheeler license mandatory; Candidate must have own bike (conveyance allowance will be provided). Language Gujarati (Fluent), Hindi (Good), English (Basic to Moderate) Computer Skills Basic Excel, WhatsApp communication, Email drafting Core Skills Strong communication, convincing ability, discipline, target-oriented approach
