Key Responsibilities: Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods. Prepare and update dispatch sheets, delivery schedules, and tracking reports. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and delivery personnel. Maintain accurate records of dispatched items and documentation. Generate basic Excel reports (tracking sheet, stock movement, delivery status). Follow up with transporters/couriers for delivery updates. Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery timelines. Ensure packaging, labeling, and documentation are correct before dispatch.
