Company Description Shiv shakti undercarriage pvt ltd (SSUPL) is a manufacturing foundry in Raipur that produces steel, manganese, and CI castings for mining, automotive, and industrial uses. We are expanding and looking for talented team members who can support our growth. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Raipur for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accounting principles. Daily tasks include managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing budgets, conducting variance analysis, reconciling bank statements, managing payroll, and assisting with audits. Collaboration with other departments for financial planning and analysis will also be a key responsibility of the role. Qualifications Expertise in general accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliation Proficiency in financial software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of auditing standards, tax laws, and compliance practices Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus) Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team environment Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills
