Worst customer service and useless and liar staff. They returned my shipment on wrong pretext of wrong PIN code, despite of providing my complete address on WhatsApp. The delivery guy wanted extra money which I refused to pay.

My parcel is in Ahmedabad since 13th April and today is 21st April and yet not delivered. Useless customer support service and email too. The courier boy blamed me for denied OTP . He never came. Pathetic service

Worst service, my parcel stuck since 4 days, parcel was already in my neatest hub, If you can't manage to deliver parcel on time it's better to shut down your operations.

My order #39 with Pestobazzar still not delivered even after late by 3days..I was supposed to get it on 17th April.. They received it on 18th at 7:58am but they never tried to deliver... Disgusting.. Really sorry to say this is not the way you do business...

Extremely disappointed with the service. Though my parcel was not delivered they sent a message that is was delivered….. on calling the courier person he sends msg that the parcel is in his office and will be delivered next day…. It was a prepaid parcel… how safe is it to order expensive items whose delivery is through xpressbees…
