Levying undue charges on the previous parcels. The company is out of mind. They are now showing extra charges for parcels delivered months ago. Seriously???

Very bad Experience, delivery boy told me I'm not ur servant! I can't wait for 5min and return the item to the Hub... I called him at least 20 times every time he cut my call and return my item to the warehouse!! Very bad!! 😤😤 …

Your service is pathetic. Everyday I call your agents & get to know thay they will deliver my order withing 30 mnts. Just immediate after talking to them, I receive emails that they are unable to locate my address!! Really!

Very bad service by shiprocket. My item is not being delivered since last two days. The delivery guy doesn't intimate when he will arrive and just visits and mark delivery could not be made because recipient not available. Am I supposed to sit at home whole day to receive the order is it? Sort it out.
