Worst experience with ship rocket. Delivery boy calls at 11pm in the night to deliver the product. If we won't receive in any circumstances he just updated the status as no response from customer. Tried to connect customer care but no use. …

Dealing with Shiprocket courier in over confidence may give you a big jolt, as their service is totally dubious. I have been cheated by RS 2598 recently delivering undesired product. Invoice No RCPP7947. After complaint, there is no response from this cheater company.

No communication between customer and delivery people. They'll deliver you the order whenever they feel like bringing.. from last 2 days my order delivery date has been changing.

Worst experience! Huge loss in business because of ship-rocket. Its a fraud brand that doesn’t resolve and order gets lost every time and no return of amount.charges extra on the name of weight dispense. I wish to ban such fake fraud …

No contact details of delivery person. I'm getting messages that I refused the delivery. This happened twice. Item reached to my town 4 days back. No one contacted me. Are u people not paying your employees properly? Worst service

It's worst experience with shiprocket I got cheated with the wrong product delivery after complaining I was told to return the product and get refund But till now no refund received after calling many times too no proper response Its not fair shiprocket courier service Very disappointing
