I ordered nov 7 th 2024. That order reached in my area in 30 th nov. Today 12 th December 2024. But not delivered and delivery boy is not attempt my address. Still pending in my order. Shiproket is not provide delivery boy contact number.

It's worst experience with shiprocket I got cheated with the wrong product delivery after complaining I was told to return the product and get refund But till now no refund received after calling many times too no proper response Its not fair shiprocket courier service Very disappointing

When I ordered boat air dopes earbuds on the boat website they shipped through shiprocket and when it reached destination they are telling me my address is insufficient and failed to deliver. The delivery person didn't even called me for my address, they simply decided to postpone my deliver

These guys just does all fake promises, If your trust these people for your shipment, your customers will never ever trust you Again. You schedule pickup today, No one shows up. finally they call after 2-3 days for your order pickup, ultimately loosing your customer's trust.
